Bill received his Bachelor of Science in Business degree from John Carroll University in 1947 and a Master of Business Administration in 1953 from Case Western Reserve University. He became a Certified Public Accountant in 1952. Mr. Downey became a partner in the Cleveland firm of Brubaker, Helfrich and Taylor in 1952 and later founded their Medina and Canton, Ohio offices. He merged the firm into Hausser + Taylor in 1981 and retired to the Medina office in 1987. He currently serves in a consulting capacity to Humpal, Jones & Company. Bill is a member of the AICPA and the Ohio Society of CPA's. Bill and his wife live in Granger, Ohio. Staff Members:
